John is an accomplished culinary leader with experience at the highest levels of dining. He began his career at the two-Michelin-starred Mélisse in Santa Monica and has since led acclaimed kitchens nationwide, including the reopening of New York’s iconic Tavern on the Green and driving brand standards and growth for North Italia. A Zagat 30 Under 30 honoree, John has curated large-scale culinary experiences and served as a mentor to emerging chefs through his advisory role at Collin College. Known for his disciplined, people-first leadership style, he is committed to delivering consistent, Michelincaliber hospitality.
