Leen Nunn

Executive Pastry Chef

Leen Nunn is the Executive Pastry Chef at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, where she leads pastry programs across the resort’s dining venues. A member of the Omni family since 2015, she is the winner of Food Network’s Chopped: Sweets and has been featured in Forbes, TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, and multiple national publications. In 2018, she was named one of Hotel F&B Magazine’s 25 Women to Watch. Leen’s background includes pastry leadership roles at SLS Beverly Hills, Bottega Louie, and Jean Philippe Pâtisserie at ARIA and Bellagio, along with advanced training from L’École Valrhona, the French Pastry School, and M.O.F. Stéphane Tréand.
