Most recently at Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge, Madison served on the leadership team, overseeing the development of training programs, curated beverage menus, and elevated guest experiences from concept through launch. Previously, she led the food and beverage division at Good Graces in Uptown Dallas and held key leadership roles at Michelin-rated Sear + Sea Woodfire Grill and Illume in Orlando. A WSET Level 2 Certified wine professional, Madison brings a refined expertise in wine and beverage program design, pairing sophistication with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
